This is the first time I have a diecast from WhiteBox in my hands. I like the Alpine brand, it’s not my sweetheart, but it’s one of the most popular brands, mainly because of motorsport. The A310 is interesting from all sides. There were two versions, the first, marked 1600VF, had 6 headlights in front. Later, the manufacturer dropped the two and the car was given a milder design. The transparent front part was divided into two parts.
Model od firmy WhiteBox mám v rukách prvýkrát. Značku Alpine mám rád, nie je to síce moja srdcovka, ale patrí k tým obľúbenejším autám, hlavne kvôli motoršportu. Model A310 je zaujímavý zo všetkých strán. Vznikli dve verzie, prvá, s označením 1600VF, mala vpredu 6 reflektorov. Neskôr výrobca od dvoch upustil a auto dostalo miernejší dizajn. Priehľadná predná časť sa rozdelila na dve časti.
When I picked up the model from the package, it looked good. The yellow color took the shape as well, I was looking forward to the review with pleasure. Without looking at the model properly, I opened it and unscrewed it from the base. I put it in the box and started taking pictures. The more I photographed him, the more I found out that the quality model would probably not be what I expected. To understand, I did not have high expectations, but greater than what you see in the photos. It turned out the worst when I viewed the photos on my computer.
Keď som model vyberal z balíka, vyzeral dobre. Žltá farba zaujala, tvar tiež, s radosťou som sa tešil na recenziu. Bez toho aby som si model poriadne obzrel, som ho otvoril, a odšróboval z podstavca. Dal som ho do boxu a začal fotiť. Čím viac som ho fotil, tým viac som zisťoval že ten model kvalitou asi nebude to, čo som očakával. Aby sme sa pochopili, očakávania som nemal veľké, ale väčšie ako to, čo vidíte na fotkách. Najhoršie sa to ukázalo, keď som si fotky zobrazil na počítači.
It starts with the quality of painting. The quality is very poor in the area of edges and joints. Most likely, this is due to a few layers of paint. The body itself has no major flaws, except for one. The front bumper does not fit well in places near the wheel, it is also visible in the photos. The front part looks pretty embarrassing to me. Inserted lights are slightly curved, so is the plastic cover.
Začína to už kvalitou lakovania. V oblasti hrán a špár je kvalita veľmi slabá. S najväčšou pravdepodobnosťou za to môže málo vrstiev farby. Samotná karoséria nemá výraznejšie chyby, až na jednu. Predný nárazník v miestach pri kolese nelícuje dobre, je to viditeľné aj na fotkách. Predná časť na mňa pôsobí celá dosť rozpačito. Vkladané svetlá sú mierne krivo, krycí plast tak isto.
There is one thing I did not understand. There is no window on the left side of the model, it is on the right. It just turns out to me that it was the intention to make the interior visible. I have nothing to complain about, although it is without color details, but the casting is relatively good. The most beautiful part of the model is the back. In our case, everything is there as it should be. I do not comment on the chassis, because I have nothing to comment on the black badge.
Je tu jedna vec, ktorej som nepochopil. Na ľavej strane modelu okno nie je, na pravej je. Vychádza mi len, že to bol zámer, aby bol viditeľný interiér. Tomu nemám čo vytknúť, síce je bez farebných detailov, ale odliatok je pomerne dobrý. Najkrajšia časť modelu je tá zadná. V našom prípade tam ej všetko tak, ako má byť. Podvozok nekomentujem, pretože na čiernej placke nemám čo komentovať.
The model is very light in hand. Personally, I think that Welly also has better processed models at this price. They may even be cheaper than WhiteBox. Maybe it’s just this model, if I have the opportunity, I’ll be happy to look at another model from this company.
Model je na dotyk veľmi ľahký. Osobne si myslím že aj Welly má v tejto cene lepšie spracované modely. Dokonca sú možno aj lacnejšie ako WhiteBox. Možno je to len tento model, ak budem mať možnosť, rád sa pozriem na ďalší model od tejto firmy.
